This page is a placeholder. These terms govern money owed to members and must be written or approved by the operator of VidRewards, with legal advice, before launch.
What the real terms must settle
- What a level actually is. It is bought once and does not expire. State plainly whether the operator may change the daily task count or the rate per task afterwards, and what happens to members if they do.
- That payments happen outside the app, are reviewed by a person, and may be rejected with a reason.
- Upgrades. Full price is payable, what was paid for the previous level is returned to withdrawable balance on approval, and the new level takes effect the following day.
- Withdrawals. The minimum, that a fee is deducted and set per payment, and the timescale members should expect.
- Referral bonuses. That a bonus is a share of the referred member’s deposit, that it only pays if the earner holds a level at the time, and that a missed bonus is not paid later.
- The free trial. What it grants and that it ends after three active days.
- Grounds for refusing a withdrawal, and what recourse a member has.
- Governing law and dispute resolution.
