What the real policy must cover

What is collected. Name, email address, and the payout details supplied with each withdrawal request. No phone number is collected at all.
Payment proof images. Screenshots of bank and wallet transfers are uploaded by members and retained as evidence for payment disputes. Say how long they are kept and who can see them.
Visibility to other members. A member’s full name and join date appear in the Team Report of up to three people above them in their referral chain. No contact details are ever shared. This is a real disclosure and it is easy to overlook.
Public activity feed. Recent joins and withdrawals appear on the app’s home screen with names shortened, for example “A** R***”.
Email is not verified. It is used for password reset only. A member who mistypes their address keeps access but loses self-service reset.
Accounts are not deleted. Say what a member can request, and what happens to their transaction history if they ask.
